LaChance Storage was started in 2005 by John and Carolyn LaChance with the Reuter Street location.  LaChance Storage is currently made up of two property locations owned by two different companies.  LaChance Rentals LLC owned by Tim LaChance operating the Reuter Street location and L J LaChance Inc owned by Larry LaChance operating the Mimosa Street location.

We currently have 27 self-storage units at our Reuter Street location and 15 units at our Mimosa Street location.  All units have 24-hour access and are locked with your lock.  We do recommend the round disc type locks as they provide the best security, we do sell these type of locks at our office for $10 each. Both location have outdoor lighting and are patrolled regularly by the Park Hills Police Department .
